Simply install the source code, add the components that you want in your site, restore the database and start configuring your site.
When you buy CreodoSite 1.0, you receive two packages: one with a pre-installed version including all the components available and other with every component separated so you can install those you are going to use.
Installation
The installation process is very simple.
For the pre-installed version, you just need to follow these steps:
1. Copy all files and folders to your root directory.
2. Set the right permissions to some of the files.
3. Create your database.
4. Run the database script included in the package.
5. Configure the site parameters in config.php file.
6. Configure the .htaccess file if you want to use mod_rewrite for SEF urls.
7. Access the control panel at http://yoursitedomain/mgmt, with username "admin" and password "admin".
Note: There is a README.txt file included in the package.
If you want to use only a few components, just create your site with the basic functionality, and add each component individually.
Each component comes with its own README.txt file explaining the steps you need to follow to install them.
Configuration
To configure your site, you must login to the control panel.
Go to http://yoursitedomain/mgmt and login with username "admin" and password "admin".
Once you are in the control panel you can configure your site:
